MEWP & OSHA Aerial Lift and Work Platform Safety Training programs by Klochko Equipment

New federal regulations by OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) now require all forklift operators attend, and pass, an approved equipment training program. These regulations also require proof of equipment training for forklifts, aerial lifts and some earth moving equipment.

These regulations have even renamed the aerial category, now calling the category: Mobile Elevating Work Platform or MEWP for short. The new category of MEWPs now defines equipment you now know as manlifts, cherry pickers, access platforms, scissor lifts, aerial platforms, etc. as part of the Mobile Elevating Work Platform category.
